Banana Protein Muffins:
No Flour Needed

20 minutes - 9 Ingredients

Makes 12 Muffins

 Gluten Free, Low Glycemic, Dairy Free

Shrimp & Black Bean Tacos
Banana protein muffins


  • 2 Banana

  • 4 Egg

  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey

  • 1 cup Almond Butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed

  • 1/3 cup Protein Powder



  1. Preheat oven to 350'F (175' C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners. In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients, once thoroughly mixed add in the dry ingredients.

  2. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.


  • Store in a glass container in the fridge to keep fresh, as real food ingredients will spoil quicker.
