Energizing Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut or Almond Milk
1/4 Cup plain Greek Yogurt (2% fat)·
1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1 scoop of Plant Based Protein Powder
1/4 cup Ground Flax, Chia or Hemp seeds
1 Tablespoons of organic cold pressed coconut oil
· ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
1. In blender, place all the ingredients. Cover and blend until pureed.
